However, you have the option of applying for an internship at one of the participating advertising agencies (the “Agencies”) as described at [blacinternship.com]. Applicants are asked to email a submission video (the “Video”) to submission@blacinternship.com together with their city. If you choose to send us such an email, we will have access to whatever personally identifiable information you choose to include as part of your email and Video. In addition, when you send us an email, we will have access to your email address (as well as your name, if your name is included as part of the data accompanying your email message).

Our use of personally identifiable information

We may use such personally identifiable information in order to evaluate your suitability for the internship program and respond to your application. Unless you ask us not to (either as part of your original email or by contacting us afterwards at submission@blacinternship.com), we (or the Agencies) may also use such personally identifiable information to contact you about future programs and opportunities. Any information that you provide directly to an Agency is not governed by this privacy policy.‍

How we share personally identifiable information‍

We may share such personally identifiable information with the Agencies for the same purposes. We will not share your personally identifiable information with any other third parties without your consent.

Other information that we collect

‍This Site uses Google Analytics to collect information that is not personally identifiable information in order to help analyze how visitors use this site. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are small text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The non-personally identifiable information generated by Google Analytics cookies about your use of this Site is transmitted to Google – not BLAC.
